According to an 11Alive.com report, the Arthur Blank Family Foundation, an Atlanta-based philanthropic nonprofit started by Home Depot co-founder Arthur Blank, is donating $500,000 to assist in wildfire recovery efforts in Los Angeles.
“Our hearts are with those affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles. We’re donating $500,000 to @calfund‘s Wildfire Recovery Fund to support emergency aid and critical recovery for survivors and first responders,” the organization posted on X on Monday.

The foundation will distribute its grant to various initiatives, including:
- Immediate Relief: Providing emergency aid such as food, shelter, and medical care to those displaced by the wildfires.

- Resilience Building: Investing in programs that enhance community preparedness and resilience against future wildfires.
