Joe almost died in a motorcycle accident when he was 17 — and that’s just the beginning…
Joe “Hitman” Elmore had a 25-fight career in professional MMA before deciding to give it a go at Bare Knuckle Fighting (BKFC). He’s held titles in southern regional promotions and competed at high levels, including at Bellator and the LFA.
Elmore came from nothing — and fought a tough journey to became a champion. He’s thankful for his blessings and the support from strangers he’s met along the way.
This week, Elmore sits down with Doc & The Block to share his experience climbing (and punching) his way out of poverty and creating the life he wanted — no excuses.
Elmore fights out of Georgia and represents X3 Sports and Gracie Barraga Georgia.
