MyAngel Ross just made history…
She’s the first-ever student at Lithia Springs High—and in the entire Douglas County School District—to land an NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deal.
“This is the first time we’ve had a student-athlete at our school sign a NIL deal,” said Lithia Springs Athletic Director Corby Moore. “We’re just super proud of her.”
The high school junior is now officially partnered with Atlanta-based clothing brand Gwinnett G.O.A.T., and she’s not just signing papers—she’s blazing a trail for other student-athletes.
“I was like, ‘Wait, what? Me? You want me?’” MyAngel said. “It’s just a blessing to be here and to be able to make history.”
Thanks to recent rule changes, high school athletes in Georgia can now cash in on their personal brands—and MyAngel’s success shows what’s possible when talent meets opportunity.
“She’s opening doors,” Moore said. “She’s setting the stage for a lot of other kids who want to follow in her footsteps.”
