It’s a jam-packed show filled with bare-knuckle bruisers.
On the latest episode of Doc & The Block, the doc is flying solo and speaks with MMA fighters Dustin “the Disciple” Pague, Nathan “The Reaper” Rivera, and their agent Scott Howard — it’s a huge show.
Dustin discusses the importance of faith in his journey.
“Manifesting things in your life … people swear by it,” Dustin said. “The Bible talks about how powerful the tongue is — it has the power of life and death. And I spoke those words when I was 17 years old, I said, ‘I’m going to fight for UFC someday, I know it.’ And I signed a contract with UFC in 2011.”
“We are meant to seek what’s true,” Dustin said. “I truly believe that God has given me these talents.”
It’s a conversation that goes far beyond the octagon. Dustin fights with his fists, but it’s clear his real foundation is something deeper — a faith that turned a teenager’s bold declaration into a UFC contract, and a belief that his gifts were given, not earned.
For anyone who’s ever spoken something into existence and wondered if anyone was listening, this episode is for you.
